Three former employees of the Porter County Clerk’s office are suing the county, claiming they lost their jobs because of discrimination. The women, who filed separate lawsuits Wednesday in the U.S. District Court but who are all represented by Richard Miller, claim that Clerk Karen Martin harassed all of them by making up fake accusations against them and encouraging other employees to do the same and did so because of the plaintiffs’ ages and their politics. Neither Martin nor Miller could be reached for comment.
